Responsibilities

• Design various tools and fixtures for Aluminium Die Casting components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and ease of manufacturability
• Conduct feasibility studies, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis, and other evaluations to support the design process
• Create precise 2D/3D drawings and models using CAD software
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in the Aluminium Die Casting industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and best practices
• Proficient in 3D modeling and CAD tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

• Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
