Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of new products, from concept to production launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance to ensure product success
• Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and technical specifications
• Develop prototypes and conduct iterative testing to validate design functionality and performance
• Ensure all products meet applicable safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver products on schedule and within cost targets
• Provide engineering support during product launch and resolve technical issues arising during manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering domain
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality and deadline requirements
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and engineering best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
